Supply Chain Management Analyst

This position maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations, customers, and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets. He/she will analyze material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain. The person will also establish order policies, and create orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, and meet Export Control compliance requirements. He/she must have experience with Microsoft Office, and experience in performing data analysis and/or reporting in a manufacturing environment.

Program Management Spec M

This position will serve as Senior Program Manager for International and Domestic advanced technologies and new business for Development, Capture, and Execution phases of major new growth opportunities on the V-22 Program. He/she will be responsible for leading and managing employees, integrated program teams, mid-level managers, and industry partners. The purpose is to drive new technology development projects, evolve strategic and developmental roadmaps for V-22 and Tiltrotor variants and derivative models, and ensure active customer engagement across the entire new product life cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or closely related technical field. An advanced degree is desirable. The position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance. The person must have demonstrated successful growth strategies, proposals, and program execution on aerospace technologies and complex military development.

Design and Analysis Engineer

This position will assist with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements. He/she will develop or modify electrical designs based on defined requirements, and will perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements. The person will also assist in monitoring suppliers’ performance to ensure compliance with requirements. The position supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. He/she will have knowledge or experience with Electronics/Electrical System Design and/or Power System Simulation Tools.
