Corporate Recruiter

This position will assist in creating, developing, and maintaining Recruitment Best Practices for both Corporate and Field recruitment efforts. This will include being held accountable to certain metrics and “Time to Fill” standards, along with process improvement initiatives. He/she is responsible for on-site campus and military recruiting by attending various events and recruiting activities at career fairs as a representative for Airgas.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. He/she will have at least five years of recruiting experience with a combination of Corporate and Agency Recruitment experience preferred. The person will also have advanced knowledge of CRM and ATS Tools (i.e. Bullhorn, Taleo, Kenexa, etc.).

Business Systems Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting the technical functionality of the PROS pricing software environment and related data interfaces, tools, and technologies, as well as for the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of PROS functionality. As a member of the Strategic Pricing team, he/she will also help provide business leaders and users with ongoing pricing analytics and timely accurate information to support overall market, product, and customer-specific pricing and profitability objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or business information systems. He/she will have two to four years of work experience supporting software platforms involving one or more of the following technologies: PROS, SQL Server, SAP, and Bonita. Experience developing SQL reports and stored procedures is required.

Senior Pricing Analyst

This position supports the development of technology-driven processes to analyze data and create administrative tools used to present information to business managers and other end users. The purpose is to help them make more informed business decisions regarding product pricing and to help business managers and other end users to effectively administer price changes. He/she also provides the business units with ongoing business intelligence and analytics, including internal price action data and effectiveness reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in business, finance, statistics, information technology, or a related field. He/she should have two years of experience with statistical modeling and large datasets, and have the ability to develop strategy based on quantitative data analysis and qualitative business dynamics.
