These Bucks County Towns Have Some of the Fastest-Growing Home Prices in Pennsylvania

A Richboro home listed at $750,000 on Upper Holland Road reflects the strong demand driving home prices higher across Bucks County.

Several Bucks County communities are among the fastest-rising home price markets in Pennsylvania, and the numbers tell a striking story, according to a new report compiled last month by Stacker.

New Hope stands out at the top of the local list, with a typical home value of $938,110. Prices there increased by $52,629 in the past year, a 5.9 percent jump, and have climbed $260,009 over five years, a 38.3-percent increase.

Richboro landed on the list with a typical home value of $701,917. Prices climbed $40,716 in the past year, a 6.2 percent gain, and have risen $194,723 over five years, a 38.4 percent increase.

Churchville shows a similar trajectory, with home values reaching $687,301, up $36,495 in the past year and nearly $191,000 over five years, a 38.4-percent gain.

Other Bucks County towns are also seeing strong growth.

Yardley’s typical home value sits at $629,900, with a $25,989 one-year increase and a five-year gain of $172,357, or 37.7 percent.

Furlong follows with a typical value of $743,266, rising $24,548 in the past year and $181,235 over five years, a 32.2 percent increase.

Ivyland, at $574,120, posted a $22,132 one-year gain and a $145,732 increase over five years, or 34 percent.

Riegelsville, with a lower entry point at $508,198, still saw a $27,358 increase in the past year and $117,640 growth over five years, a 30.1 percent rise.

The numbers point to a broader trend shaping the Philadelphia suburbs. Buyers continue looking for communities with strong schools, walkable downtowns, access to regional job centers, and a high quality of life.

Towns like New Hope and Yardley also benefit from strong tourism appeal and limited housing inventory, which continues to push prices upward.

Even with higher mortgage rates slowing parts of the national housing market, Bucks County remains one of the stronger-performing areas in southeastern Pennsylvania.

The long-term growth figures suggest many buyers still view these communities as stable places to invest and live.
