Delaware Valley-based Girls Spark, dedicated to supporting teen girls on their mental health journeys, is building momentum for its 2026 Annual Summit, “Unstoppable.”

Taking place on Saturday, April 25 at Penn State Brandywine, the event is designed for girls ages 11 to 18 and will feature exciting new incentives for attendees as anticipation grows ahead of the summit.

Every girl who attends has the chance to win 2 tickets to one of the hottest concerts of the summer: Noah Kahan in Philadelphia, generously donated by Monarch Staffing.

In addition, Girls Spark is rewarding connection and community, as every attendee who refers a friend will be entered—along with their friend—for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card.

These exciting additions come on top of an already value-packed experience designed to empower young teens through leadership, mental health, and confidence-building workshops.

Melissa Rice, Ph.D., author of The Worry Shark and The People You Meet in Real Life, will deliver the keynote address, “Unstoppable: You Are Stronger Than You Think.”

Drawing on her own experience navigating anxiety, feeling out of place, and ultimately finding connection through a life-changing friendship, Rice aims to show girls they are never as alone as they feel.

“This isn’t just an event, it’s an experience designed to leave every girl feeling confident, supported, connected and truly unstoppable,” said Laura Kasper, Board President of Girls Spark.

With rising concerns around teen girls’ mental health and confidence, the summit delivers both inspiration and real-world tools.

“Prevention is the best intervention, in essence Girls Spark provides teen girls the tools they need to foster improvements in their mental, social, economic and overall well-being,” said Stormy Bell, Executive Director.

Tickets are $10 per person, with scholarships available so no girl is turned away. Spots are limited and filling quickly!
