Eastern University’s College of Business & Leadership will host its virtual Spring Leadership Transformation Summit, featuring Jacquelline Fuller, former president and visionary leader of Google.org, on April 23 at 12 PM. This online event is completely free and accessible to anyone interested in attending.
The Summit, built around the 2026 theme “Becoming an Architect of Impact,” will be an opportunity for current and future leaders to come together to explore relevant topics such as the one-percent strategy, solving at scale through “moonshot” projects, the ROI of equity, leading through uncertainty, and more.
In the keynote session, Fuller will draw on her experience at the highest level of Google, as well as her prior positions at the Gates Foundation and in the U.S. government, to share her blueprint for “Systems-Level Empathy” — a leadership model that bridges the gap between high-tech efficiency and human-level impact. Her innovation and socially responsible leadership align closely with Eastern’s mission to cultivate leaders who are driven by values.
The Leadership Summit seeks to foster leadership skills in students, alumni, and the broader community, encouraging them to lead with empathy and care in a fast-paced business landscape.
“We are honored to welcome Jacquelline Fuller to this year’s Leadership Transformation Summit,” said Dr. Christa Lee-Chuvala, Dean of Eastern’s College of Business & Leadership. “Her commitment to ethical innovation and human-centered leadership reflects the heart of CBL’s mission to equip graduates to serve as transformational change agents. This Summit provides a unique opportunity for our community to learn how empathy, equity, and strategic thinking can shape the future.”
