This spring, the Sport Business Association at Gwynedd Mercy University is turning movement into meaning for the rare disease community.

The Sport Business Association will host its inaugural Run for Rare — a 100-percent-student-run 5K Run & One-Mile Walk — on Sunday, April 26 at GMercyU.

The event will benefit Uplifting Athletes, a national nonprofit that harnesses the power of sport to support the 30 million Americans living with rare diseases through research funding, family support, and leadership development. Every registration, donation, and stride helps make a difference.

GMercyU’s Sport Business Association believes sport is more than competition; it is connection, purpose, and leadership.

Register for the Run for Rare.
