Mortgage Loan Officer

This position originates quality mortgage loans, accurately completes all required application documents, requests necessary documentation from borrowers, and submits complete mortgage applications to the lending department for processing in a timely fashion. He/she ensures all loans are processed and closed in a timely, accurate, and quality manner in order to establish and maintain total customer satisfaction. The person actively solicits mortgage loan business from external loan sources such as realtors, builders, financial advisors, accountants, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of retail, residential mortgage sales experience and an active NMLS License. He/she will have documented residential mortgage loan origination volume in the past 12 months of $10 million, as well as a complete understanding of residential lending from origination through closing/delivery. The person will also have previous experience on a mortgage loan origination system and established relationships with local referral networks.

Branch Manager Bryn Mawr

Branch Manager Allentown

The primary responsibility of these positions is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch. The person will foster a motivational environment and strong sense of service and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team. The person will have a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact retail and business services, as well as knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank retail products and services.
