New Hope’s Tenna to be Acquired by John Deere in New Agreement

Deere & Company has entered an agreement to acquire New Hope’s Tenna, a construction technology platform and a holding of The Conti Group.

Illinois-based Deere & Company recently entered into an agreement to acquire Tenna in New Hope

Tenna is a technology platform created to optimize and automate construction operations workflow.

Through the platform, contractors have access to a complete view of their equipment performance in almost real time and can gain a better understanding of maintenance needs and equipment trends.

Tenna also assists with planning, visibility, and jobsite coordination, allowing for reduced costs and an increase in productivity.

The platform is a holding of The Conti Group, which possesses over a century of experience with growth equity investing, entrepreneurial ventures, and operations.

The firm specializes in engineering, construction, and technology, and invests in novel technologies, renewables, and real estate.

Following the acquisition, Tenna will remain an independent business marketed to construction customers.

It will continue to prioritize growing its business via its mixed-fleet model that focuses on its customers.

The acquisition is anticipated to close in February 2026.
