Blackbird Health is a leading provider of pediatric and young adult mental health care across southeastern Pennsylvania (including Allentown, Langhorne, Doylestown, Exton, Fort Washington, King of Prussia, and Media), southern New Jersey, and northern Virginia — with continued expansion planned through 2026. Guided by a deeply held mission to deliver the highest standard of care, Blackbird provides comprehensive evaluations, individualized therapy services, and thoughtful medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults.

Blackbird is proud to be covered as in-network by most major insurance carriers in Pennsylvania.

What sets Blackbird apart is its whole-child approach. Clinicians take the time to understand the why behind a child’s challenges by examining how the brain, body, and behavior interact in daily life. Because nearly nine out of 10 young people seeking care are affected by more than one overlapping condition, this integrated model allows Blackbird Care Teams to identify connections that are often missed when concerns are treated in isolation. The resulting care plans address root causes rather than simply managing symptoms, which allows for a more complete understanding of the child and improved outcomes for the whole family.

For professionals who are deeply motivated by impact, collaboration, and continuous learning, Blackbird offers an environment where both personal and professional growth are supported. Team members are encouraged to bring curiosity, compassion, and clinical rigor to their work — and to grow alongside a community of thoughtful, mission-driven peers.

Blackbird Health is actively expanding its team and welcomes passionate clinicians and professionals who want to help shape the future of pediatric mental health care. There are currently more than 50 open roles across Blackbird’s clinic locations. Below are a few highlighted opportunities:
