Jason Kelce’s Latest Investment Is a Local Sea Isle City Sauce

Jason Kelce is putting some money behind Hank Sauce in Sea Isle City.

Hank Sauce, a hot sauce sold in Sea Isle City surf shops and supermarkets, now has retired Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce of Haverford as an investor, writes Amy S. Rosenberg for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Kelce is investing in the Sea Isle-based hot sauce company that produces a variety of hot and milder sauces.  There is also a Hank Sauce restaurant.

The deal with Kelce’s Winnie Capital was announced in a corporate press release and an Instagram post featuring Kelce throwing jabs and juggling bottles of Hank Sauce as he describes the flavorful sauce.

“BAM! POW! POW FLAVOR! YEEEEOWWWWWW,” Kelce yells in the Instagram post from inside the Hank Sauce restaurant in Sea Isle.  “You got some eggs that don’t have any [beeped expletive] flavor? Well, we got you covered, baby.”

Describing Sea Isle as “right in my backyard in South Jersey,” Kelce said he and the three founders of the hot sauce are ready to “take this thing to the next level.”

The Kelce family owns a $2.2 million vacation home in Sea Isle, hosts an annual celebrity bartending Eagles fundraiser, and supports local Sea Isle causes like Mike’s Seafood walk for autism.
