With deep roots in relationship banking and a career marked by leadership and growth, Valerie Cain has stepped into a new role as Vice President and Regional Retail Business Development Officer at C&N.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Cain will focus on expanding C&N’s presence in Bucks County and surrounding areas by fostering strong connections with local businesses, organizations, and community members. In her role, she will help individuals and business owners reach their financial goals through tailored solutions and trusted guidance.
A seasoned banking leader, Cain has held senior management positions throughout her career and has been recognized for her exceptional service and results. She most recently earned her Business and Commercial Lending Certificate from the American Bankers Association.

Originally from France, Cain studied abroad before launching her career in the U.S. A Doylestown resident for more than 20 years, she enjoys restoring her stone home, reading, and walking with her dog in her spare time.
