Ribbon Cutting

The Ribbon Cutting Celebration will take place 11 AM on Friday, September 12 at the college, 800 Manchester Ave. in Media.
Most students at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology (P.I.T.) are low-income, working adults. Over half are also parents or caregivers focused on building a brighter future for their families. For these students, access to essentials like diapers, baby formula, shampoo, soap, and feminine care products can make the difference between staying in school or falling behind.
The Student C.A.R.E. Center provides free personal care and baby care items to students in need, ensuring no one has to choose between their education and their dignity.
The Chamber is inviting businesses, individuals, and places of worship to take part. Donate dollars or products — either way — you’re helping students thrive.
Most-Needed Items for P.I.T. Students:
- Baby Wipes
- Baby Formula
- Diapers
- Soap / Body Wash
