The Arc of Chester County Honors Diane Speroff with 2025 President’s Award

The Arc of Chester County announces that Diane Speroff, speech-language pathologist and dedicated advocate, has been awarded the 2025 President’s Award.

This honor, presented by Lisa Albany, president of the Board of Directors, recognized Diane’s exceptional 40+year career of service to children and adults with disabilities.

The President’s Award is reserved for those who have demonstrated profound dedication and advocacy for the mission and values of The Arc. Diane Speroff has been a fixture at The Arc of Chester County for over four decades, helping generations of children and adults overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential.

“Diane has been an incredible champion for children and families,” said Albany. “Her work has not only helped individuals thrive but has also contributed meaningfully to The Arc’s growth and long-term impact.”

With degrees in communication disorders and speech-language pathology from West Chester University, Speroff began her career at The Arc as a teacher before transitioning into a speech therapy role.

She has worked tirelessly with children from birth to preschool and provided crucial assistive technology assessments for adults with disabilities. Her compassionate, holistic, and lifelong commitment to service has left an indelible mark on the organization and the countless lives she has impacted.

The Arc of Chester County congratulates Diane Speroff on this well-deserved recognition and thanks her for over 40 years of outstanding service, leadership, and dedication.
