Construction Loan Administrator
This hybrid position is responsible for the administration and servicing of complex construction loans from initial setup to full repayment. He/she prepares new loan data entry and reviews and monitors construction loans for completeness and accuracy. The person is responsible for initial documentation and input and processes periodic disbursement requests and repayment receipts.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or have comparable experience in construction loan servicing or a commercial banking position. He/she will have knowledge of transaction data entry and understanding of debits/credits, as well as proofing and balancing accounts. The person will have working knowledge of general ledger automated systems and intermediate computing skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Community Banking Sales Branch Manager — Rittenhouse
This position’s primary responsibility is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team.
