Three Popular Chain Restaurants Arriving in Lower Bucks County

Several popular chain restaurants – Nifty Fifty's, Chick-fil-A, and Panda Express – are currently under construction in Lower Bucks County.

New locations of Nifty Fifty’s, Chick-fil-A, and Panda Express are in the works for Lower Bucks County, writes JD Mullane for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Nifty Fifty’s is currently building its ninth store in Bristol Township. The site is at the former Bank of America branch in Fairless Hills.

“We hate to give an exact date of a grand opening, but probably late summer,” said Ron Toscani, who also owns the chain’s Warminster location.

Toscani said that the burger, fries, and milkshake chain stands out for making everything fresh on the day it is served.

This latest Chick-fil-A will replace the closed and demolished Ruby Tuesday in Langhorne. It will be located around two miles from another Langhorne Chick-fil-A at the Oxford Valley Mall store.

The restaurant is expected to open between June 20 and June 26.

Panda Express’ second Bucks County location is being constructed in Middletown, on the site of the former Blue Fountain Diner. The California-based chain bills itself as a healthy fast-food alternative that offers Chinese cuisine with “bold American tastes.”

Residents can expect the restaurant to open in the second half of the year.
