Langhorne Shop Known for Best Cheesesteaks Outside Philadelphia

This Bucks County shop has some of the best cheesesteaks outside of Philadelphia.

Philadelphia may be known for its cheesesteaks, but you don’t have to leave Bucks County to try some of the best in Pennsylvania, writes Graham Harrington for The Keystone.

One local eatery has earned a spot on the list of eight great cheesesteak places outside Philadelphia.

Jay’s Steak and Hoagie Joint in Langhorne is a Bucks County institution. While its brick-and-mortar shop is currently temporarily closed, its food truck is still turning up to events.

The popular spot offers a unique menu filled with creative takes on popular dishes, such as beer dip stuffed cheesesteak egg rolls.

In addition to offering delicious meals, the shop also gives back to the community by donating ten percent of its sales to local charities. So, not only do you get to enjoy one of the best cheeseburgers in the state when eating at Jay’s Steak and Hoagie, but you are also doing a good deed in the process.
