GVF’s 2024 Annual Report Rolls Out Big Gains in Transit, Bike Safety, and Community Impact

GVF’s 2024 Annual Report highlights shuttle growth, sustainability wins, safer streets, and future-focused mobility projects.

The GVF released their 2024 Annual Report, highlighting their commitment of driving change through smart, community-focused transportation solutions across the region. This year’s report reflects momentum in key areas—mobility access, environmental impact, and infrastructure improvements.

Here are some standout highlights:

  • New Shuttle Launch: Conshohocken Cab debuted, serving 20 stops around town and connecting to SEPTA regional rail.
  • Ridership Growth: GVF-managed shuttles saw a 20% ridership increase, totaling 13,350 trips.
  • Sustainability Wins: These trips prevented 85.82 tons of CO₂, saved 16,186 gallons of gas, and cut 129,495 vehicle miles.
  • Bike-Friendly Upgrades: Bike More, Drive Less improved cycling infrastructure in Lower Merion and Whitpain Townships.
  • Safer Streets: Streets for All added new crosswalks and safety features in Phoenixville and North Coventry.
  • School Safety: The My School in Motion program enhanced walkability and traffic safety in Upper Dublin and Spring-Ford school districts.
  • Future Planning: Mobility hub and park-and-ride feasibility studies launched in Pottstown and King of Prussia.
