Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Offers a Full Schedule of Late March Events

Lessons on Leadership is one of three Delaware County Chamber of Commerce events taking place March 20 and 21.

Enjoy lunch at the Terrain Gardens at Devon Yard while networking with like-minded individuals.

The event runs 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

The Terrain Gardens at Devon Yard is located at 138 Lancaster Ave. in Devon.

Cost is $60 for a Chamber member and $75 for a prospective member.

The event begins 11:30 AM with registration and networking, followed by the noon fireside chat with Ana Welsh, followed by a Question and Answer period at 1 PM.

Ana Welsh is a first-generation Brazilian immigrant, the first in her family to graduate from college, and a self-made “Culture Queen” who understands the power of showing up authentically—even when the odds seem stacked against you.

Raised in South Florida and now a proud Philly Delco “transplant”, she overcame countless obstacles to pursue her deepest aspirations, ultimately building a thriving career as corporate executive in healthcare to a entrepreneur, running her own business as a leadership coach, workplace dynamics advisor, and empowering speaker.

During the fireside chat, Ana will share how she transformed a multi-location dermatology group from 2 to 93 offices while reducing turnover from 60 percent to 21 percent, all by harnessing her Signature Self method—an approach that balances authenticity and professionalism with honest self-reflection, comedic flair, and the courage to embrace vulnerability.

Named a 2024 Main Line Today Power Woman, Ana now dedicates her life to helping others create their own luck by setting purposeful goals and showing up as their most effective, genuine selves.

She also has a passion for supporting the next generation of leaders to craft their own unique success by mentoring young women through the nonprofit Girls Spark and delivering motivational talks to local middle and high school students.

Through engaging stories of personal triumph, career wins (and fails!), and real-world strategies, Ana will illuminate how women can own their power, unlock the best parts of who they are, and bring a fresh perspective to every room they enter.

This event will take place both indoors and outdoors. While it’s a business event, business casual attire is encouraged (polo shirts, khakis, jeans, open-toed shoes, etc.).
