Everybody Eats is a women-owned nonprofit founded by momtrepreneur Stephanie Willis, alongside a group of Philadelphia chefs, during the pandemic to address food insecurity and bring communities together.
What began as a grassroots movement – providing free meals in neighborhoods hit hardest by the crisis – has evolved into a full-fledged initiative focused on combating hunger, offering affordable and fresh meals, and creating opportunities for community empowerment.
The organization is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing youth mentorship through partnerships with local schools like Chester High, where they offer career training and volunteer opportunities.
Stephanie Willis and her team are building a thriving space for both great food and meaningful community connections, making it an ideal location for a Women in Business networking event focused on collaboration, empowerment, and supporting women entrepreneurs.
The Delaware County Women’s Commission is dedicated to advancing the concerns and needs of women and girls in the community.
By evaluating these needs and making actionable recommendations to the County Council, the Commission fosters meaningful change and creates opportunities for growth.
Through its Professional Development and Mentoring Initiative, the Commission aims to empower women to achieve their career aspirations, break barriers, and thrive as leaders across diverse fields.
In collaboration with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, the Commission hosts Women in Business networking events and supports each other’s ongoing programs and initiatives, creating a stronger and more connected community for women in Delaware County.
The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce serves as the voice of business in Delaware County, advocating for the interests of local businesses and fostering a thriving community by providing resources, networking opportunities, and support for economic growth.
