When it comes to ‘getting lucky’ in public places, Philadelphians rank near the top of the list, according to a new report by Lucky.me.
Lucky.me surveyed residents of several of the country’s largest cities to find out where people are least shy about expressing themselves romantically.
The survey asked participants if they have ever had sex in public, which public places, and more.
Philadelphia ranked in second place, only behind Sacramento, California. The City of Brotherly Love recorded an overall score of 83.03 (out of a possible 100) to Sacremento’s 94.94 overall score.
According to the report, one in two Philadelphia residents said having sex in public is more fun than in private.
Overall, millennials and Gen Xers have sex in public the most often.
When it comes to favorite public locations, couples across the country most often choose a parked car (94.61 percent of those surveyed said they have had sex there), a nature trail or wooded area (50.51 percent), a moving car (45.75 percent), a parking lot outside of a car (44.03 percent), and a public park (40.20 percent).
