The Eagleview community in Exton is one of the 20 development projects across the Philadelphia region to watch in 2025, write Ryan Mulligan and Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Hankin Group currently has its hands full with its 800-acre master-planned project. The developer has already completed several life sciences buildings and a residential community, along with a town center that is designed to unify the entire project.
In addition to Keva Flats, a 242-unit luxury residential community that is already in place on the grounds, the developer is currently working on the multi-phased Hamilton at Eagleview.
According to the plans this will include a total of 364 residential units, among them a net-zero luxury apartment building. The developer will also add a Kimberton Whole Foods in 2026 with 41 apartments above the popular grocer.
Meanwhile, last fall, a new 63,000-square-foot life sciences building also broke ground.
The Eagleview community boasts 2 million square feet of commercial space in total.
