Phoenixville—After years of growth and renovation, Phoenixville features various breweries and distilleries, alongside affordable dining and shopping options. With a recent increase in housing options, it has become increasingly popular among young adults and millennials. 

Downingtown—With a charming downtown strip, Downingtown offers plenty of local dining and independent businesses, particularly in Eagleview Town Center. It is also close to local parks and nature activities, including Marsh Creek State Park and the Struble Trail.
