Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz (BGA&F) recently held its annual firm training at The Drexelbrook, featuring keynote speaker Ryan Lavarnway, who was flown in from Denver, Colorado, to inspire the team. Lavarnway, a retired Boston Red Sox catcher, World Series Champion, and two-time Olympian, delivered an engaging talk titled “Unleashing Potential: How Embracing the ‘Why Not’ Mindset Fuels Success.”

Lavarnway’s keynote drew on his experiences across multiple major league teams and two Olympic games, sharing how mindset, curiosity, and teamwork drive success in high-pressure environments. His powerful insights equipped the team with tools to achieve their goals and fostered a renewed sense of collaboration.

The day concluded with a celebratory happy hour at Streetlight Kitchen & Bar, giving the team time to connect on a personal level.
