Full Time Maintenance Mechanic

Dunwoody Village has an exceptional full-time career opportunity for two experienced maintenance mechanics.   

A successful candidate will have two years of related maintenance experience and enjoy working in an environment where providing quality care and service to older adults is paramount. 

Qualified candidates must have a valid PA driver’s license.  The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM but a successful candidate must be willing to work on-call during inclement weather to assist with snow/ice removal or for emergency situations. 

All offers of position are contingent based upon successful completion of a background check, driver’s check, twocompleted references, COVID-19 vaccination, Influenza record, and drug screen.

Full Time EVS Technician

Dunwoody Village is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Full-Time Environmental Services Technician. Must also be available to work a holiday rotation as needed. 

The EST is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas including but not limited to resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas.

They are also responsible for the daily sweeping, mopping, and burnishing of the main corridor and resident room floors.

The EST has a strong working knowledge of and can demonstrate sanitizing and disinfection of bathrooms and common areas.

The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper. Floorcare experience is preferred.

Part Time Registered Nurse supervisor

Dunwoody Village is seeking to fill a Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor position, 7 AM to 7:30 PM position for every other weekend (4 hours of overtime each shift. OT paid after 8 hours). 

This position requires working a holiday rotation. 

Those hired will receive a $5,000 sign on bonus paid during their first 6 months of employment.

RN Supervisors should understand that they will also be expected to accept floor assignments as necessary. 

The supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision of long term care and short term rehabilitation units.

Key responsibilities for this exempt-level leadership position include the following:

  • Comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff  
  • Supervising, auditing, and monitoring of above units
  • Ensuring that Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations/guidelines are followed

Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Point Click Care experience.
  • Completion of a background check.
  • Driver’s check.
  • Two completed references.
  • Drug screen.
  • COVID vaccination and Influenza record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
  • Excellent assessment skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a primary role.
  • Must be a PA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current CPR certification.

All offers of positions are contingent based upon successful completion of a criminal background check, 2 completed references, drug screen, COVID vaccination and Influenza vaccine.
