Yori’s Church Street Bakery in West Chester is family-owned, operated, and delivers daily freshly made baked goods, reports staff for FOX 29 Philadelphia.

The husband-and-wife duo started the bakery 12 years ago. The bakery takes a ton of Thanksgiving pie orders, including pumpkin, apple, blueberry, and peach. There is also a wide range of cookies, cupcakes, cakes, and breads.

One of Yori’s special treats are their sprinkle-baked cookies.

“We pipe them out with a piping bag onto parchment paper, then we pick them up and we dip them into jimmies, and then we bake them.” said David Yori, owner and baker.

Every bakery item is treated with care at Yori’s. Everything is made from scratch and the cannolis are filled with their delicious cream by order, so the shells do not get soggy.

“You can call ahead, you can go to our website and order, or you can always come into the store to place an order with us,” Yori explained.

Some other specialty items include mini cinnamon buns, mini cheesecakes with whipped cream topping, and seasonal goods.

“I enjoy working for a family business,” said Matt, a head baker at Yori’s. “You don’t see many old-time places like this anymore.”
