Susan Noles, who rose to celebrity status after appearing on The Golden Bachelor, offers insight on her Jersey Shore favorites.

Susan Noles of Aston who rose to celebrity status after her time on The Golden Bachelor, recently lent some Jersey Shore observations for The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Down the Shore newsletter, writes Sam Ruland for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Noles has been hopping from one coast to the other for her new Golden Hour podcast with fellow Golden Bachelor contestant Kathy Swarts, but paused long enough for an interview about her Shore preference.

Noles fans will be interested to know that Cape May or Sea Isle are her favorite beaches.

She also confessed a serious love of pork roll and cheese sandwiches.

So does she prefer surfing or fishing?  Not surprising, she’d rather watch surfers than people fishing.

Her perfect Shore night would involve a good-looking gentleman holding her hand, strolling along the beach.

The Shore experience would be made complete with a slice from Mack’s Pizza.

We’ve crossed the Labor Day finish line so most of us are looking back on our summer Shore days.  Susan is not immune to the Shore blues, knowing it’s almost time to swap the Jersey Shore for Cali.

She made sure, though, to soak up every sunrise and sunset while dodging jellyfish and greenheads.
