Dom Pecora started a bike repair business out of his house when he was just ten years old. Today, the 14-year-old repairs and sells bikes at the brick-and-mortar location of Dom Fixes Bikes in Malvern

At 18 years old, Olufela Osimokun is the youngest board member of West Chester’s Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center. Additionally, he serves on Gov. Josh Shapiro’s Advisory Commission on Next Generation Engagement. 

Downingtown resident Sophie Fontecchio is the founder and executive director of Let’s Bake the World a Better Place. The 18-year-old’s nonprofit hosts monthly bake sales to raise money for other nonprofits. 

As a learning coach at the Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center, the 18-year-old Morgan Jackson crafted a monthly curriculum focusing on subjects like women’s history and celebrated activist Bayard Rustin

After working in coffee shops since he was 16, Downingtown East High School graduate Austin Piona opened Mayday Coffee Shop in West Chester last year. 

The 28-year-old Conestoga High School alum Annie Xu is founder and CEO of Pairfect, a dating app with a more personal touch. 

At 27, Coatesville native Vincent Miles Jr. is a Public/Government Affairs Representative for the county’s only city.
