Dunwoody Village is hosting an open house Saturday, June 8, of the Hood Octagonal Schoolhouse located on the Dunwoody Village property at 3500 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.
The Schoolhouse will be open from 10 AM to 3 PM and the public is invited to attend.
The Hood Octagonal Schoolhouse open house is one of the planned events in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Dunwoody Village, one of the Delaware Valley’s first continuing care retirement communities, and the 100th anniversary of the original Dunwoody Home.
Dunwoody Village is a five-star quality rated continuing care retirement community located in a suburban setting on 83 acres in Newtown Square.
Dunwoody offers residents independent living, personal care, skilled nursing and memory support, as well as rehabilitation and home care to both residents and the outside community.
