BGA&F and the HEADstrong Foundation have an ongoing partner to underscore their shared dedication to supporting individuals and families during their most challenging times.

Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz (BGA&F), a full-service accounting firm with offices in Media, Delaware County, and Chadds Ford, Chester County, partnered with the HEADstrong Foundation to make 180 comfort kits for cancer patients.

The HEADstrong Foundation provides residential, financial, and emotional support to those whose lives have been impacted by cancer. One way they do that is by sending over 400 comfort kits monthly to hospitals nationwide. Kits include socks, lotion, tissues, gift cards, activity books, and other products to make the patient’s hospital stay more comfortable.

Patient Care Professional Sarah Mahony spoke about her experience as a comfort kit recipient. She shared how her comfort kit was the pick-me-up she needed to keep fighting.

“Our firm’s commitment to the communities we live and work in is embedded in our firm culture. I feel fortunate to work at a company that cares deeply about making a difference. Our staff left the afternoon feeling inspired and even more eager to continue to serve,” said Director of Marketing Alaina Kearney, MPA.

This initiative is part of an ongoing relationship between BGA&F and the HEADstrong Foundation, underscoring their shared dedication to supporting individuals and families during their most challenging times.

Together, they are committed to making a difference, one comfort kit at a time.
