The bridge logo of the nationally recognized, retainer-based Creative Capital Wealth Management Group is well-established not just in its home territory of Chester Springs but also in 34 states.

In fact, over the course of the firm’s 20 years in business, Creative Capital’s steadfast branding and personal approach to wealth management has fostered long relationships with some of the most recognized alternative investment sponsors.

But even the most well-established and recognized brands sometimes need a refresh, and that’s exactly what Fred Hubler, the Founder and CEO of Creative Capital Wealth Management Group, and his team began working on about a year ago.

“It was important to us that our outward brand reflects what we are doing internally,” said Elizabeth Hubler, Director of Marketing at Creative Capital. “At Creative Capital, we value both our history and the history in our community, but also innovation.”

She noted that the Firm achieved this innovative vision by keeping the brand’s long-familiar bridge but instead making it modern.

“This is a nod to the rich history of Chester County where our physical office is located,” said Elizabeth Hubler. “However, as we near 21 years in business and have clients in over 30 states, this more modern bridge reflects that we aren’t solely Chester County anymore.”

Creative Capital takes a holistic approach to its branding and messaging, including making the website accessible and understandable to anyone in search of wealth management — not just the perceived “ultra-wealthy.”

“When redesigning our website, we wanted to provide all people — not just clients and prospective clients — with information about alternative investments and what is out there besides stocks, bonds, and mutual funds,” said Elizabeth Hubler. “We also wanted our website to reflect the fact that wealth management isn’t just for the ultra-rich. Typically our clients are entrepreneurs, executives, and retiring or retired individuals and their families. Many people who are a part of the Creative Capital family look like the parents at PTA meetings, people you meet at a yoga class, or your parents.”

Another key component the firm focused on with the rebrand was functionally designing a webpage for new and existing clients. The new webpage is streamlined, easily navigable, and informative. Clients can easily log in to the portal and see what’s happening with their investments, and it’s a breeze to schedule an appointment.

“It’s simple for anyone to schedule an appointment — whether they are a client or someone who just heard about us and wants to schedule a complimentary SOS (Second Opinion Service) meeting right on the website by clicking ‘start here.'”

By easing the process and understanding of asset management for its clientele, Creative Capital is furthering its long-time mission of providing access and alternative solutions for:

  • Retiring with a high net worth;
  • Getting access to alternative financial opportunities; and
  • Taking the guesswork out of entrepreneurial risks.

Beyond the firm’s rebranding, clients can rest assured that they’ll have a vetted sounding board for their financial journey with Fred Hubler and his team. A sought-after expert with over 25 years of experience, Hubler provides economic and stock market commentary, appearing in The Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, and even contributing to Forbes.com. Hubler focuses on guiding others and not only leads his own firm but also coaches financial advisors through his Retainer-Based Academy.
