A 7.25-acre estate in Gladwyne on Merion Square Road with seven bedrooms and 16 bathrooms is on the market for $11.999 million writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The home was built in 2007 and includes many unique features such as grand staircases, large chandeliers, handcrafted sculpting, and Bellagio-style fountains.

Inside the home, there is also an indoor pool, a bowling alley, a saltwater aquarium, and a library with a hidden staircase.

The property also boasts an outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a full outdoor kitchen.

“It’s probably the most spectacular estate that I’ve seen,” said listing agent Lisa Ciccotelli who is with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach.

“It’s like a castle.”

The home was designed by F.L. Bissinger who specializes in artisan revival homes.
