Susan Noles fans continue to lobby for her to be ABC's Golden Bachelorette now that the network has OK'd the show.

Susan Noles of Aston, who won the hearts of fans during her time on ABC’s The Golden Bachelor, will now officiate the Golden Wedding, writes Emily Bloch for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Noles didn’t ultimately find romance with Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner, 72, but they did become friends.

She indicated she would love to officiate his wedding if he found someone on the show.

“‘Just relax, and you might fall head over heels in love and end up getting married. And if you do, I’m officiating the wedding, of course,’” Noles said in a November Inquirer interview.

Turner ended up with Theresa Nist, 70. The wedding will be televised live Thursday, Jan. 4. Noles will be ushering the couple.

“The happy couple came up with the idea because we became so close during the show,” Noles told Glamour. “Gerry’s my buddy, and now Teresa is my girlfriend, so why not?”

Noles has been a wedding officiant for more than a decade.  This will be her first wedding where she also dated the guy getting married.

Noles’ fans have also asked if she can officiate their wedding.
