Associate Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies to achieve business goals and build brand awareness. He/she will provide tactical and executional support, including campaign management, daily administration, planning, reporting, and vendor management for all Firstrust Bank brand and digital campaign initiatives. The person will manage and communicate end-to-end initiatives with internal and external stakeholders in order to set delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and at least three years of marketing experience. He/she should have experience in project coordination/management, working in financial services marketing or a related industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). The person should have strong creative writing and storytelling skills; strong presentation, communication, and organization skills; and the ability to solve problems independently and work effectively as part of a team.

Portfolio Manager

This position will ensure all Service Level Agreements, regulatory compliance requirements, and the bank’s credit risk profiles and profitability are monitored and maintained. He/she will protect and preserve the integrity of the pooled or individual portfolio while sustaining profitability, accurately accessing/managing risk, and managing the annual review process. The person will also analyze portfolio relationships with reasonable involvement from the Relationship Manager; prepare financial models and credit memorandums; and use best practices to provide loan recommendations based on a review of all underwriting criteria for final approval.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of banking experience with commercial credit; extensive knowledge of and experience with credit policies and procedures; and strong interpersonal skills and good oral written communication skills. He/she will have knowledge of software/systems required to perform job and a proven history of managing high-volume workflows.

Universal Supervisor

This position is the single point of contact for walk-in customers, fulfilling sales, service, and referral needs for a seamless customer experience. He/she monitors customer service transactions and provides work direction to other Universal and Teller staff; supervises the traditional teller service area to ensure customer service and compliance objectives are consistently met; and guides and trains other Universal and teller employees.

The ideal candidate will possess one to two years of job-related experience; excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, as well as computer skills; and knowledge of bank policies and procedures. He/she will be outgoing, proactive with strong listening and verbal communication, and be able to engage a customer in conversation and identify opportunities for bank products/services to meet customer needs.
