Manager, Appeals

This position will be responsible for understanding and managing the formal appeal and complaint process to ensure resolutions are consistent with organizational policies and procedures. The Manager will lead the implementation of both technical and non-technical projects, validate and approve regulatory and production reports, as well as overseeing workflow responsibilities.  

The ideal candidate will have eight years of progressive related experience in claims, appeals, and/or a service operations environment. The person must have working knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, claims payment policy, as well as claims and utilization management procedures.
