Cardinal O’Hara carves slim margin over Germantown Academy

Cardinal O’Hara posted a narrow 42-37 win over Germantown Academy in a Pennsylvania girls basketball matchup on Dec. 29.

Neither side could break ahead as the two teams began in a tense 10-10 duel in the first quarter.

The Lions registered a 19-18 advantage at half over the Patriots.

Cardinal O’Hara jumped to a 28-26 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

The Lions got the better of the final-quarter scoring, finishing the game in style with a 14-11 edge.
