The King of Prussia Mall owned by Simon Property Group has been growing by leaps and bounds in the past couple of years with 41 new store openings, writes Paul Schwedelson for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Business has been booming with combined sales for the year of more than $1 billion, and Mall General Manager Bob Hart said 20 more new stores will be coming in 2024.

And that is in addition to Porsche, Paradise Grills, and Guy Fieri’s restaurant chain Chicken Guy! who will be adding locations at the mall before the end of this year.

Some of the new stores you can expect in 2024 include Dior, Mango, a Spanish clothing brand, Lazy Dog Restaurant, a bracelet store called Little Words Project, and a Korean barbecue restaurant.

Hart said that what is driving their growth is that the mall continues to attract luxury brands. He explained that luxury stores tend to want to set up shop near other luxury brands.

“That expands your draw, and people drive longer distances to come to the mall,” he said.
