The Friars opened a close 21-7 gap over the Crusaders at the intermission.

Defense ruled the first and third quarters as Bonner Prendergast Catholic and Lansdale Catholic were both scoreless.

The Friars got the better of the final-quarter scoring, finishing the game in style with a 7-0 edge.

In recent action on Sept. 29, Lansdale Catholic faced off against Archbishop Carroll and Bonner Prendergast Catholic took on Archbishop Ryan on Sept. 30 at Archbishop Ryan High School.
