Garnet Valley comes from behind to stop Conestoga

Conestoga dented the scoreboard first, but Garnet Valley responded to earn a 27-14 decision on Oct. 13 in Pennsylvania football.

The start wasn’t the problem for Conestoga, as it began with a 7-0 edge over Garnet Valley through the end of the first quarter.

Neither team had the advantage with the score stuck at 14-14 as the third quarter started.

Garnet Valley took control in the third quarter with a 20-14 advantage over Conestoga.

The Jaguars held on with a 7-0 scoring edge in the final quarter.

In recent action on Sept. 29, Conestoga faced off against Ridley and Garnet Valley took on Lower Merion on Sept. 29 at Garnet Valley High School.
