Using Digital Marketing to Grow Your Business

On March 28, from 10 to 11:15 AM, this program will provide an overview for building a marketing strategy that takes advantage of online tools to attract customers.

Gaining and retaining customers is the lifeblood of your business. Digital marketing: social media, video, and email are vital tools in your arsenal.

This program will cover some of what is available and show you how to build your marketing strategy around tools that work.

About the presenter

A SCORE volunteer and nationally recognized speaker, Karl Stearns presents his programs to a wide array of industries.

With a focus on business management, marketing, and sales training, he has helped thousands of attendees to plan and implement strategies to gain new customers, retain existing customers, and grow their businesses. 

His previous SCORE presentation, “Maximizing The Customer Experience,” based on content from his Mastermind Business Advisor programs, was well received.

LIVE EVENT: An Evening for Small Business: Solutions for Current Challenges

On March 28, from 5 to 7 PM, at Lathem Hall at Widener University, learn valuable information on matters affecting the small business communities and be introduced to organizations that can assist local small businesses. 

SCORE Chester & Delaware Counties, The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Chester Business Association, and Widener University SBDC present, “An Evening for Small Business: Solutions for Current Challenges” presented in the Learn–Meet–Network format.

Panel discussions will provide real-world examples for tackling small business challenges followed by networking with a business card exchange.

How to Get WBE Certified

On March 30, 10 to 11 AM, this live online program is for anyone interested in Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification, whether you’re just getting started or are already well underway in the process.

This webinar is for anyone interested in certification, whether you’re just getting to know us or are already well under way in the process.

 The session will cover:

  • The eligibility requirements so you can know if certification is right for you
  • The process, costs, documents required and what to expect
  • The benefits and opportunities available to certified women owned businesses
