Peddler’s Village to Host Fire & Frost Fun Celebration on Four January Evenings
Peddler’s Village will be hosting Fire & Frost, several family-fun events in the coming weeks, and locals and visitors are invited to all the fun.
The countryside shopping, dining, lodging, and family entertainment destination in the heart of historic Bucks County will host Fire & Frost Fun on select Friday and Saturday evenings in early January. Against the backdrop of the Village’s historical “winter wonderland” setting, the outdoor festival will feature dozens of ice sculptures, a DJ spinning party music, and a family-friendly scavenger hunt.
An ice throne designed for photo ops will grace the Village Green. The event will take place from 4 – 8 PM on Jan. 6, 7, 13, and 14. The last date is also the final night of the holiday lights display featuring a million colorful, dazzling lights. Additionally, Peddler’s Village shops and boutiques will be presenting special January sales that will continue through the month. Admission and parking are free.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view dozens of hand-crafted ice sculptures and to watch talented artists from Ice Concepts sculpt blocks of ice into art. Visitors can also enjoy fire artistry, fire breathing, and juggling performed by members of the Philadelphia circus community, family activities, and outdoor food and drinks.
Live ice sculpting will take place on Jan. 6 at 6 PM, on Jan. 7 at 1 PM and 5 PM, on Jan. 13 at 6 PM, and on Jan 14 at 5 PM. Families will also be able to participate in the Village-wide Find Jack Frost scavenger hunt in which children can win free prizes; the scavenger hunts begin at 5 pm each evening. Hot cider will be available on the Village Green.
Shops will be open until 9 PM. during Fire & Frost Fun.
