Creative Capital Wealth Management Group, one of the top financial advisory firms in the nation, has relocated its headquarters from Phoenixville to Chester Springs after purchasing the jaw-dropping property at 1208 Kimberton Road.
CCWMG, which specializes in alternative investments and is licensed in more than 20 states, will now operate out of a historic brick schoolhouse that was remodeled and enhanced with a tasteful, modern addition in 2009. Originally built in 1907 as West Pikeland High School, it served as the West Pikeland Township municipal building from 1964-2007.
The fast-growing team at CCWMG, which Frederick Hubler founded in 2003, now has more space to engage with clients.

“Starting as a one-man financial advisor in 2003, I never would have dreamed things would have gotten this big,” said Hubler. “I wasn’t trying to disrupt the commission-based financial industry, but I’m glad I stayed with my dream, even when nobody else saw it. I was always curious how the wealthiest people invested and made it a mission to bring those ideas to my clients. I guess it worked.”
CCWMG has gained the attention of The Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, American Banker, and other national media outlets. The firm utilizes a retainer-based planning model, in which clients are charged a flat fee instead of a commission, and has developed a trademarked advisory process, known as the Milestone Clarification Process, that walks clients through a system to meet their financial goals.
The firm also provides complimentary second opinion services (SOS), as well as access to accredited investments on an as-needed basis.
