Client Services Specialist

This position serves as first contact for potential claimants and client companies; makes initial contact to individuals to sell and explains services while providing excellent customer service; enters and processes all incoming referrals into the database and reviews referrals for SSDI feasibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some college education; one to two years of training or experience in customer service and Social Security law; claim handling experience; and excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Call Center Operator

This position answers incoming calls and facilitates resolutions to customer problems and inquiries; processes incoming faxes and voicemails; and provides administrative processes support for routine back office tasks, including data entry, order and application processing, and accounting support.
