Data Business Analyst

This position interprets data and analyzes results using statistical techniques; develops and implements reporting databases and data views, data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies; integrates data between Colleage and external commercial data systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline; proven working experience as a data analyst or business analyst; and strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, dashboard design, and data programming.

Associate Constituent Relationship Management Administrator

This position supports the development and implementation of the University’s recruitment plan for all student populations; collaborates with staff on recruiting, advising, and enrolling students; and administers and supports the university’s CRM instance, including managing updates and testing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of operations work experience; effective oral and written communication skills with diverse populations; experience with Slate CRM; and the ability to maintain and manage information and documentation accurately.

Academic Advisor / Data Specialist

This position navigates student success software and generates reports relative to student support from multiple platforms; provides quality academic advising experience to students; and collects, organizes, and reports on data supporting student academic success.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a related discipline; training and experience that equates to three years in a college or university setting; experience with data analysis and developing reports; and effective skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.
