Community Logistics Manager

This position interviews and hires candidates for a logistics team focused on providing individual support; supervises assigned staff including providing coaching, training, and discipline; and leads the team in organizing and managing health information data quality, accuracy, and security.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a human service field; one year of experience working with people with disabilities; one year of supervisory and/or management experience; and strong time management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Human Resources Assistant

This position serves as a key HR contact resources by answering questions efficiently and transferring to the appropriate person; oversees invoice processing, bill payment, and purchase order management; and creates and maintains summary spreadsheets for expense tracking as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and two years of experience in a corporate/HR administrative setting; strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; and excellent customer service, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.

Health Care Associate

This position helps clients gain and retain the skills needed to live in their apartment and as part of their community; assists clients in creating goal plans using action steps and recovery tools; and develops and implements activities and specific task oriented groups and trainings.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and experience working with individuals with disabilities; experience working in the mental health field; basic experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
