Loyalty Marketing Manager

This position plans and executes strategies and campaign plans designed to acquire, retain, and maximize value of new and existing members; leads the loyalty team in usage of analytics tools to retrieve customer behavior data; and monitors loyalty program industry trends.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in marketing or an MBA; a minimum of six years of consumer marketing experience; a minimum of three years of loyalty marketing and people management experience; and experience with campaign management and segmentation tools.

Strategic Sourcing Coordinator

This position resolves all inventory, ordering, and invoicing issues; sources and places purchase orders for new and existing items to support new and existing stores; assists with extracting article data and assembling savings analysis to support cost reduction and cost avoidance efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business and one to three years of purchasing experience; experience in retail or manufacturing operations; knowledge of PC applications, SAP, and Microsoft Office software; and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Manager of Loss Prevention and Security

This position develops and communicates company-wide security strategic initiatives; provides recommendations for changes in policy, programs and procedures to mitigate risks; and develops and manages the Loss-Prevention/Security division budget and controls related expenses.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or a related discipline and a CPA certification; a minimum of eight years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, and security in a high volume retail setting; and three to five years of management experience.
