Power Home Remodeling Expands Operations With Building Purchase in Arizona
Power Home Remodeling in Chester is expanding into Tempe, Arizona with a $4.69 million purchase of an industrial building, writes Corina Vankek for the Phoenix Business Journal.
The company plans to hire 200 people at the site for sales, customer development and installation services jobs.
Keith Lammersen and Brad Crosley of JLL represented Power Home Remodeling in the acquisition.
“Arizona is the perfect location for Power to continue to grow and expand into the western parts of the United States,” said Adam Kaliner, Power Home Remodeling co-founder, in a statement.
“Where we go next is ultimately up to our employees, as they drive our expansion strategy. They are thrilled to be able to relocate to this new city, build relationships with the community and introduce Power to homeowners.”
The company will move into its new 35,665 square-foot building during first quarter 2020.
“Power Home Remodeling is making a notable, long-term investment in Arizona,” Lammersen said in a statement. “They’ve picked a location with the configuration, parking and employment demographics to support their growth plans and to continue to thrive in our market. It was a pleasure to assist them with that process.”
