AV Systems Engineer

This position provides sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis; generates CAD drawings for system integration; oversees AV system commissioning, including Biamp, Clearone, BSS, and Polycom DSP; and provides additional support with system design.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in AV systems engineering; CTS and InfoComm CTS-D certifications; superior customer service and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook softare.

This position services an existing client base while generating new business to expand the current customer base; maintains a healthy pipeline that ensures achievement of established revenue targets; and attends industry functions, including trade shows, networking events, and forums.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on the hospitality industry, hotel sales, and marketing; experience selling live event technology; and the ability to understand event cost structures and incorporate that information within profitability guidelines.

Technical Support Engineer

This position delivers remote technical support for audiovisual, videoconferencing, and UC solutions; works with manufacturers’ support teams to identify and resolve operational and control issues; and manages service tickets from beginning to complete problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a two -year electronics degree and a minimum of five years of customer support and field experience; advanced working knowledge of audio, video, control, and communications systems; and experience with setup and troubleshooting videoconferencing systems.
