Regional Client Service Leader – Atlantic

This position leads workload balancing, staffing efforts, and key talent retention; resolves high-profile client issues by conducting root-cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective action plans; and improves workflows by implementing appropriate service models.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or professional certification such as CEBS, CLU, or RHU; seven to ten years of employee benefits or professional services consulting experience, including four years of leadership experience; and experience in presenting to teams.

Senior Salesforce Administrator

This position executes day-to-day configuration, training, maintenance, and general support or improvement to the platform; creates and maintains reports and dashboards; and implements custom objects, workflows, formulas, and validation rules as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience in a functional role involving 500+ user Salesforce.com administration; strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality; and the ability to read APEX and Visual Force code.

Regional HR Consultant

This position acts as the cross-solving link among branch offices and HRCC; helps develop and manage “whitespace” opportunities; intakes branch consultants and HRCC requests, including qualifying leads and identifying resources; and participates in branch and producer meetings as the HRCC resource.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources; one year of experience in sales or lead generation; strong interpersonal and business acumen skills; and clear, concise, and professional written and oral communication skills.
