Loan Officer I

This position reviews and analyzes credit applications for credit worthiness; approves or rejects loan applications within credit union policy guidelines; performs loan modifications and subordinations; and performs cross-sell opportunities on all qualified loan applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and two years of financial services or banking experience; demonstrated knowledge of loan origination and loan servicing systems; experience analyzing financial statements; and effective communication skills.

Credit Counselor

This position contacts credit union members when loan accounts are past due and resolves delinquencies; discusses prudent credit usage, personal financial management, and mutually beneficial payment plans; and pulls payments from members’ accounts using established guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of two years of collections experience; financial institution experience; and strong customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Client Relationship Manager

This position serves as primary point of contact between the Credit Union Network for Financial Literacy and credit union clients; manages the new client onboarding process; conducts business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied; and creates and updates client licensing and book purchase agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; three to five years of client or relationship management experience; and one to three years of experience in the credit union industry.
