Administrative Assistant

This position assists the contracts manager with tracking the flow of contractual documents review and with the preparation of contractual documents; works with Arora’s insurance broker to obtain required insurance certificates; and files electronic copies of all contractual documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as an administrative assistant; a background in contracts administration and/or the A/E industry; fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; and strong oral and written communication skills.

Service Desk Analyst

This position manages laptop and desktop imaging processes; packages business applications and deploys laptops using SCCM or Manage Engine; manages mobile devices to comply with firm policy; and handles service desk requests, including hardware, Revit, AutoCAD, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess five years of experience with Service Desk, desktop imaging, and desktop application deployment; and extensive experience with desktop and laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, and application deployment process using SCCM or Manage Engine.

Contracts Administrator

This position reviews contractual documents to assess and mitigate risk to Arora; checks contractual documents for grammatical and mathematical accuracy prior to execution; and ensures Arora’s ability to comply with applicable contractual provisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a paralegal certificate and a minimum of three years of experience with contracts administration in the A/E industry; excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
